FAQ’s
We know as parents you must be having numerous Questions for us and we’re glad to answer them all. After all, it’s the matter of your child’s first introduction to the outer world.
We do have detailed answers to the questions in our Parent’s Handbook; however, let’s take a look at some of the most commonly asked questions:
The ideal age bracket that we allow is between 3 months to 14 years. We are licensed to have as many as 200 children on our premises, but to enhance their experience and to look after each one of them precisely, we enroll around 110-120 kids at a time.
We work round the clock for the whole year and work according to a waiting list only. The availability of admission becomes less in September, January, or the beginning of summer vacations, but otherwise, we always follow the ‘one-out, one-in procedure. If you want to inquire about the waiting lick, click here
All the parents or caregivers have to fill out a form that is available here on our website. We also organize weekly family visits in which Parents can bring their child, inquire about anything or tour the whole facility and can solve all their doubts without any hassle. Click here for the waiting list form.
After completing all the admission formalities, all the families are strongly invited with their kids to our place multiple times well before the actual start date arrives. This helps a child in getting comfortable with the whole environment of the center and also the staff members. You just have to make a call to the center before your visit and we would be welcoming your family with open arms.

Due to the high risks of allergies and other kinds of food-related diseases, we do not allow any kind of outside food in our facility.
Not really. The weekend is for everyone and we completely agree with that. So that’s why we have a set schedule for Monday to Friday. And Children have to come for 9 hours daily. The daycare is open throughout the year, but we do have some holidays on certain days like:
- New year’s Day
- Family Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Canada Day
- Thanksgiving Day

Not at all. This work is on us. We automatically move the children to different age groups when they surpass the minimum age or if they develop some extraordinary skills fit to upgrade their group. Miracles do happen, don’t you believe?
Any kind of fee changes or instant availability of space in the other group would be notified to the parents in advance. The child would also be allowed a couple of visits to his/her potential new groups so that a smooth transition takes place between groups.
We completely know your concern for your child and that is why we recommend you to accompany your child to a play session before the start date of the new session so that we can get an idea of the special needs of the child and we can arrange the needful things required. However, we are completely integrated with all the child care facilities that are usually needed. Medical support is always available near the facility like an advanced Health center and various programs are extensively organized for the development of special kids like Hearing programs, Speech therapies, and Language-learning programs as well. If you still have some other concerns about anything, feel free to contact us here.
All the children at Growth Kids Child Care must be trained with toilet manners before starting with the session. This is mandatory because our license strictly prohibits us from accepting children in diapers. However, relaxation can take place in some special cases.
The fee structure can be suitably explained in an in-person meeting. However, all the expenses of activities, stationery, trips are well-included in the program fees only.
Every class has an individual party event on special occasions like Christmas and New years in which all the families are required to contribute a small item twice a year.
Well if the age of the sibling is younger than the child, then you can accompany them with you else not.
No, parents are completely responsible for arranging their child’s pick-up and drop-off procedures to and from the school.
This is completely normal if a child cries at the time of drop-off. Saying goodbye to the parents never comes easy for a child. But the minute they enter the classroom and mingle with their friends, tears vanish. But if you do have some doubts about anxiety or separation depression, feel free to reach out to our staff members. They will be utterly delighted to provide you with suggestions and will thoroughly give you details about the child’s progress in the future.
